What is Workflow?
The workflow processes determine control how and when content is published and involve at least 2 stages. At each stage the content approver reviews the content and either accepts or rejects it.
If you are a sole trader, a small business then this is not really required. It only applies to medium-large size organisation where a quality control editor is required to proof read content prior to it being published.
